Zendesk has posted an update and we can confirm that it's recovering back up. PandaDoc clients should now be able to start a chat or send us an email request. Please refer to Zendesk's status page for more information and any further updates: https://status.zendesk.com/

Investigating

Zendesk, our ticket and chat system, is having issues across their products. As a result, customers are not able to start a chat with us or send us an email request. We'll continue monitoring and will post an update here once it's back up.
